In the interest of transparency, the bid pricing submitted by all bidders is being made available for a limited time.

The procurement process is ongoing, and no award has been made. All bids remain subject to review for responsiveness and bidder responsibility.
NHBG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, in accordance with applicable procurement laws and the terms of the solicitation.
No revisions, modifications, or withdrawals of bids are permitted after the bid opening, except as allowed under the terms outlined in teh IFB.
The release of bid information does not constitute an award decision or a commitment to award a contract.
Equal Treatment of Bidders:
MSBG will not engage in discussions or negotiations regarding submitted bid pricing prior to the award determination. Unauthorized contact with other personnel regarding this procurement may result in disqualification, as outlined in the solicitation documents. A formal notice of award, if any, will be issued following completion of the evaluation process.
