The New Hampshire Buying Group currently solicits 5 bids or proposals, grocery, paper, ice cream, produce and beverages. The paper bid, beverage bid and ice cream RFP are group-wide, the grocery bid is divided into 2 regions, north and south, and the produce RFP covers 7 zones.

The 2026 NHBG Ice Cream RFQ is released, and the documents may be downloaded below. All submissions are due by email no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2026. Any necessary addena will be posted on this page.
