Bids and RFPs
The New Hampshire Buying Group currently solicits 5 bids or proposals, grocery, paper, ice cream, produce and beverages. The paper bid, beverage bid and ice cream RFP are group-wide, the grocery bid is divided into 2 regions, north and south, and the produce RFP covers 7 zones.
2024 Open Bids and RFPs
The 2024 bid opening will take place on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at the Laconia, NH School District offices, 1st floor conference room, 39 Harvard Street, Laconia, NH 03246. The schedule is as follows:
Produce: 9:30 am
Ice Cream: 10:00 am
Beverage: 10:15 am
